Miss Harriet and Her Owner Lori Want to Say THANK YOU!

Harriet is a sweet and beautiful cat who was diagnosed with a severe urinary tract infection.  When antibiotics didn’t help, her veterinarian determined she had a stone in her bladder which needed to be surgically removed.  Poor Harriet was in a lot of pain prior to the surgery but now she’s home and doing much better.  Her owner, Lori, was kind enough to reach out to the Michigan Animal Health Foundation with a heartfelt thank you.

Dear Michigan Animal Health Foundation,

I just wanted to say how grateful I am for your donation. If it weren’t for you, I don’t know what I would’ve done. My cat, Harriet, was very sick. She was urinating pure blood. I took her to Pierson Animal Hospital. She had a severe urinary tract infection. They also found crystals in her urine and a large stone in her bladder. I lost one of my cats to this condition and was terrified this would happen to Harriet. I couldn’t imagine my life without her. Her condition was very serious and she needed surgery right away. Because of you, she had the surgery on 10/03/17. I brought my baby girl home today! She is everything to me and because of you I have my precious Harriet home bringing me joy and happiness!

Thank You SO Much,
Lori (owner) and Miss Harriet
